How I work

 

 

I price per project. Once you contact me, we will have a lovely, brief and free consultation so I can learn what services you require, your projected timeline and more. I have a list of questions I ask all clients to help outline the scope of work for your unique project. Your time is valuable so a quick phone call or exchange of emails usually works well.

 

Once I have that information, I put a proposal together detailing the scope of work, timeline and quote for services. You can expect to receive an outline of work to be completed, along with pricing that accounts for any draft changes (first draft, one revision and final draft is included in the pricing quote). There are options listed for additional services (such as in-person meetings, bundled services, etc).  

 

Once you decide to partner with me, I require a 25% deposit up-front. This is non-negotiable.

 

I begin work after I have the signed proposal, 25% deposit and any additional materials necessary to complete the process.

 

Deadlines are crucial for us both. You want your project delivered on time and so do I. That is why once a deadline has been agreed upon, I stick to it. Turnaround times can vary and often depend on how available you are to review a first draft, provide feedback, approve final copy and so on. I have experience producing on very tight timelines and can deliver rapidly. Sometimes, I live for the challenge of a rush job and will take them on, within reason.

 

My goal is to produce great copywriting and quality work for you, while maintaining a professional, pleasant relationship with a personal touch.
